A number of previous guests to the hotel mentioned that it was very convenient to their travels. Some visiting the San Jose Convention Centre made particularly mention that it is in good proximity to the center and provides easy access.

A number of guest reviewers were staying at the hotel specifically on business and or using the hotel's business, conference and meeting spaces. These visitors remarked how well set out these rooms were and they also mentioned the excellent service of the dedicated staff helping them hold their meetings.

A number of previous guests to the hotel left reviews which praised the front desk staff for their easy, efficient and professional service which made check-in a breeze setting the tone for a pleasant and stress free stay.

A number of guests reported individual incidents and minor inconveniences across a number of reviews, whilst not significant individually, as a whole present a cache of minor maintenance issues such as air-conditioning not working properly, small and non functional fitness equipment in the fitness center and stained carpets.

Some guests did not have a good experience with the housekeeping staff at the hotel, who it seems were very busy and /or ignored their requests for the usual and expected daily housekeeping service.

Some guests expressed their dissatisfaction with a number things encountered in the bathroom. As well as feeling that the space was very small and badly designed, guests encountered mildew and mould in the showers, bad water pressure and bad lighting.
